Events
In School Activities
​
NHS will be running various activities during school like spirit days, penny wars, and pep rallies.
​
There will also be students selling Wish Week items during lunches all week.
Spirit outfits must follow school dress code.
After School Activities
​
After school there will be activities for high schoolers every day and for middle and elementary schoolers there will be activities three days. Parents welcome!
​
$5 at the door or a Wish Week bracelet.
Restaurant Nights
​
Each night there will be a restaurant that is donating part of their proceeds to STEM's Wish Week.
​
Make sure to tell your cashier you're with STEM Wish Week!

Monday, March 2nd
Disney Day
Dress up as your favorite Disney characters or wear clothes with Disney characters on them.
​
Start of the Penny Wars
Put pennies in the jars that you want to gain points. Each penny counts as one point. Put other coins and bills in the jars that you want to lose points. The number of points subtracted is equal to the value of the non-penny (ex. $1 bill means -100 points for that jar)
High School: Dodgeball Tournament
Remember the 5 D's of dodgeball: dodge, dive, dip, duck, and dodge. You're now ready to play dodgeball.
Doors open at D1 at 3:00. $5 entry or Wish Week bracelet. Games go from 3:15-4:45.

Middle School: Gaga Ball
Games go from 3-4 in Ms. Lipe's room. $5 entry or Wish Week bracelet.

Blue Out Day
Imani's favorite color is blue, so come to school decked out in all things blue.

Penny Stalls
It's every teacher's least favorite day of the school year. Students bring in coins, either on their own or in a creative fashion, to delay class. Teachers can't officially start class until they have counted all the coins, so come up with ways to stall your teachers by putting coins in duck tape, jello, ice, or any other idea you can come up with.
Keep in mind teachers are not required to participate in penny stalls and if they do they may assign homework to make up for the lost class time.
High School: Student vs. Staff Basketball Game
We know you've been waiting all year for this. The students face the teachers in the most highly anticipated showdown of the year. Come to cheer on your classmates, play games, and win prizes.
$5 entry or Wish Week bracelet. The game goes from 3:15-4:45 at D1.

Middle School: Game Night
Movie goes from 3:00-5:00 in Mrs. Gisi's room 106. $5 entry or Wish Week bracelet. Concessions will be sold.

Wednesday, March 4th
Hawaiian Luau Day
Imani's wish is to go to Disney's Aulani resort in Hawaii so dress up in Hawaiian shirts, grass skirts, and anything else that would seem at home at the beach.
High School: Game and Movie Night
After school go to Mr. Ryan's room for a mix of board games and video games. For the movie go to the HS commons.
$5 entry or Wish Week bracelet. Event goes from 3:15-5:00. Concessions will be sold.

Thursday, March 5th
Animal Day
Do you have a favorite pet or animal? Imani is a fan of dogs, but you can dress as any animal you want with ears, face paint, animal print, or onesies.

Middle School Pep Rally
Middle school students, get excited for this year's Wish Week pep rally. We will have performances from the STEM cheerleaders, games, and a visit from our school mascot, Stanley the Spartan.
High School: Ruff and Tuff
The girls coach boy's volleyball leading up to the big game.
$5 entry or Wish Week bracelet. Games go from 3:15-4:45 at D1.

All Schools: STEM's Got Talent
Come and see your fellow STEM students showcase their talents at the annual talent show. Students go for free and parents pay $12 at the door. Show goes from 6:00-9:00 at St Andrew United Methodist Church. Bring change to donate for Miracle Minute!

Friday, March 6th
Wish Week Spirit Day
We're celebrating the heart of Wish Week, Imani and her wish to go to Aulani, by having students and staff wear their Wish Week shirts. Imani will be visiting STEM, so seeing everyone supporting her will be really exciting!

High School Pep Rally
High schoolers, we're closing out Wish Week during school with a pep rally that showcases STEM students and also introduces Imani to all of you. She will be at the pep rally, so be ready to show your spirit!
All Schools: Carnival
STEM's high school clubs will be running various booths with games, activities, and food. Come see what prizes you can win!
$5 entry or Wish Week bracelet. The carnival goes from 3:30-5:30 in the elementary school gym.
